Select EPCs is a provider of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).

Based in Eversholt near Woburn in Bedfordshire, we aim to provide a first-class service, whether you need an EPC for your own home or rental property.

At Select EPCs we are qualified, fully accredited and insured DEAs. 

Run by Carol Monks DipDEA and Damon McGuinness DipDEA, we have been supplying first class EPCs for over 4 years.

Carol has worked on the UK Governments trials for EPCs before full roll-out in 2007 and is involved in the training of other Domestic Energy Assessors.
